Overview
We at Mowbray Partners are passionate conservationists. We are absolutely committed to ensuring that those agencies who are engaged in enforcing conservation based legislation have access to the highest quality training at an affordable price.
We typically work with membership organisations who have a range of in-person training offers but recognise that to reach a more diverse audience they need to modernise their approach. This can be a challenge for some, as often the training has been developed by a few individuals who are totally invested in their approach. We recognise the expertise of these individuals and involve them in the creation of new products which can be offerred as alternatives to existing delivery, or as part of a blended approach with classroom based delivery replaced by online learning and field based activity remaining in-person. In doing so, these individuals are often our biggest champions.
The process for developing the training couldn't be simpler. Our experienced developers will work closely with your subject matter experts to gather in all of your existing material. This will be used to produce, and then agree, a high level overview of the course to be designed. We will then produce a storyboard which will be reviewed and iterated three times before final sign off for the build stage. You are in control at all stages with the whole process taking around 16 weeks, depending on the availability of the subject matter expert.
We are really happy to explore a range of funding and pricing models which suit your specific circumstance. In all cases, we are keen that clients should benefit financially from our partnership principally, but not exclusively, through shared profit arrangements.

Delivery
The Enforcement Team at the Angling Trust asked us to completely digitise the majority of the current in-person training and provide that to 24,000 individuals over four years. This provides specific advantages to them including efficiencies in delivery, reaching a far wider audience, receiving extensive management information on training delivery and making their 'on the bank' in-person training far more effective. We are currently in the process of delivering this project
