We recognse that legislation can often be a very dry subject and bringing that subject to life is challenging. Well we have accepted that challenge and are able to bring interesting and interactive solutions to training in legislation including the use of animation, videos, physical interaction with the learning materials and case studies. For those that would like to know a little more, we provide links to relevant articles and legal text, but recognise that this isn't for everyone. We also create communities of interest so that ideas and problems can be shared and discussed.

We focus on practical support to people who are mostly operational and very busy in their given field. These people often have limited time to learn with many competing demands. That is why we allow them to study at their own pace and can return to the course time and again to refresh their learning. We are big fans of 'just in time' learning and are happy to produce briefing sheets to support and embed learning.

The process for developing the training couldn't be simpler. Our experienced developers will work closely with your subject matter experts to gather in all of your existing material. This will be used to produce, and then agree, a high level overview of the course to be designed. We will then produce a storyboard which will be reviewed and iterated three times before final sign off for the build stage. You are in control at all stages with the whole process taking around 16 weeks, depending on the availability of the subject matter expert.

We also have criminologists in our team and are really keen to support crime prevention initiatives. There is very good research on why crimes happen at a given place and time and also prevention strategies. We'd love to work with your team to help train them in practical prevention solutions which can be applied immediately.
