Global Nature Conservation Solutions has been set up to address issues such as wildlife poaching and the illegal trade of wild animals and plants by improving wildlife protection and enforcement systems.

We do this through:

• Our digital ecosystems, which connect key communities such as the public, conservation organisations and enforcement agencies such as the police, to improve reporting and enforcement responses to incidents of wildlife crimes such as poaching.
• Our education programmes and online training workshops on different areas of wildlife protection, which equip enforcement teams worldwide with the knowledge and skills required to address the illegal wildlife trade.
• Our research and those of our partners on wildlife trends, which provide solutions to different stakeholders on protecting beloved species and ending wildlife crimes e.g. disrupting the financial flow of the trade through financial forensics.

GNCS believes that it is through collaboration and building networks that we can find and implement effective solutions, which are driven by research and innovations in technology, which underpin our proposed solutions.

As part of our services we will look to provide training products to conservation organisation and charities to help promote protection and enforcement in this world. The process for developing the training courses could not be simpler. Our experienced developers work closely with the subject matter experts to gather all of your existing materials. This will then be used to produce, and then agree a high level overview of the course to be designed. We will then produce a storyboard which will be reviewed and iterated 3 times before final sign off for the build stage.The client is in control at all stages with the whole process taking around 16 weeks, depending on the availability of the subject matter expert.
